Booking & Payment

By booking with us you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions about booking with us please contact us before making a booking.

Bookings and payments can be made online or over the telephone on 01647 433469. When booking at short notice (less than 72 hours) please call us before booking online. At the time of booking we will ask for a 25% deposit or you may pay in full if you wish to do so. Once your booking has been completed you will receive confirmation via email. If for any reason you do not receive confirmation please contact us as soon as possible. Please check that all booking information is correct and inform us of any amendments that need to be made.

Accounts are payable on departure. We accept most major credit and debit cards, electronic bank transfers (BACS) cash and cheques (please note cheques will incur an extra charge to cover banking costs and must be accompanied by the relevant debit card/bank details).

Group bookings

Different terms may apply to group bookings. For bookings of more than two rooms at a time please call us before making a booking online.


Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms. We don’t make an extra charge for dogs but please call us before booking online if you wish to bring your dog with you. In emergencies we can provide dog food but will make a small charge. Damage or any extra cleaning caused by guests’ dogs will be charged for.

Bella, Easton Court’s young Anatolian Shepherd, will normally be here to greet you on arrival.


Children are welcome at Easton Court. Please call us before booking to advise as to age and requirements.


We appreciate plans may change for all sorts of reasons and will accept cancellations without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In this instance we will refund any deposit or full payment. Should you cancel your booking less than 14 days before your arrival date we will retain the 25% deposit but return any other balance paid.

Should you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible. 

In the unlikely event that we should need to cancel your reservation we will contact you as soon as possible. Our liability is limited to a refund of any payments made. We will of course be happy to supply contact information for other accommodation in the area.

General Terms & Information

Check In

Your room will normally be available from 3pm on day of arrival. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive later than 7pm. Baggage drop can earlier by arrangement.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

Breakfast / Picnics / Dinner

Breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am everyday. Please let us know when booking of any allergies or dietary requirements and we will do our utmost to satisfy them. Most produce is organic and locally sourced.

Picnics for walkers are normally available upon request.

Dinner will be available from June 2019.


Vehicles parked at Easton Court are done so at owners risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle whilst parked at our premises.


By law we operate a non-smoking policy inside Easton Court but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.


We reserve the right to make a charge for any damages caused by guests. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge. Please report any accidental damages to us as soon as possible.

Lost Property

Please make sure you take all your belongings with you when you leave. Any valued item left behind can be posted to you at cost.

Your Personal Details As Guided By GDPR

We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue, details of next destination if they are not British, Irish or Commonwealth guests. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) [which comes into force in May 2018].

You accept that any entries you make to an on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information or details you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal details that may fall into the DPA and GDPR may be removed and destroyed.
